Unfortunately Jungle Aquatics do not provide written sales quotes. Please make use of our online store for product pricing/description and ordering.




I need a quote for insurance purposes?


Jungle Aquatics do not provide written quotes for insurance purposes. We are not able to make any claims, nor does our suppliers, as to the reason and nature of equipment failure and the like. Please visit our online store and make use of the print page option to forward this as an indication to your insurer for pricing estimates.




I have some second hand equipment for sale, will you be interested?


Jungle Aquatics do not buy back or offer to sell second hand equipment. Please make use of alternative sales channels like forums - MASA (Marine Aquariums SA), TASA (Tropical Aquariums SA), Gumtree, OLX, BidOrBuy, JunkMail and Facebook Marketplace.




I need a quote on a custom build aquarium/pond?


Unfortunately we do not offer a service for custom build aquariums/ponds. Please visit our store to view our range of aquariums on display. Our online store lists our entire catalog of available pre-build quality aquariums on offer.




Can you add my in-store loyalty card points to my online order and vice versa


Unfortunately not, the in store loyalty program is an exclusive program for walk-in customers and run seperate from our online store.





Livestock

Send me your fish/coral/plant list and prices?


Due to daily changes in our livestock inventory offering, we do not have a compiled list. Please visit us in store to view our current stock and pricing.




I have some fish/koi that I need to sell?


Due to the risk of cross-infection and our exclusive agreement with our suppliers, we do not take in, nor buy back or offer to resell any fish from the public.




Please contact me when a certain fish/coral/plant etc. came in?


Unfortunately due to the nature of livestock operations, we are unable to guarantee an arrival date of certain species of livestock. Please note we do not keep track of customer requests for special order of species. Please check in with the store frequently, Friday-afternoons is the best, to confirm stock availability.




Can you order me certain species of fish/coral?


Due to the overwhelming request for special species orders, which is rarely available to the local market, we do not offer this service. Please check in frequently and follow our social media feeds for further updates on exciting offers as they become available.




I breed with fish/coral/hamsters/rabbits etc, can I supply your store?


Jungle Aquatics have a strict buying policy. Please contact us to present your offering and consideration.




Do you stock Turtles/Seahorses or other exotic animals?


Unfortunately not, as most of these species are considered illegal to keep in South Africa.

What are your business/holiday hours?


Please view our business hours from our contact us page. Additionally you can view our business/holiday hours on our Google Profile by searching for "Jungle Aquatics" in Google - please take note that hours are subject to change without prior notice. Please always phone Jungle Aquatics to ensure we are open if you are unsure.




Do you work with shelters and other pet-related organizations and will you make a donation?


We support selected programs for non-profit organizations and shelters that help support animal welfare. Unfortunately due to the overwhelming requests, we do not take on any new organizations or causes at this stage.

Shipping

My order has shipped, when can I expect it?


Please contact the designated third party courier directly with your tracking number for an update on your delivery. In most cases; parcels can easily be tracked online, including email updates, directly through their website.




Do you deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags or PostNet?


Not at all. Due to the unreliable nature of the South African Post Office we only make use of third party logistical partners and deliver door to door.




How much do you charge for Shipping?


Please visit our dedicated shipping page for the latest rates.




Do you deliver to my area?


We deliver nationwide and have a broad coverage over South Africa. On rare occasions, when a delivery location is extremely remote/outlaying, we unfortunately will not be able to complete the order and will communicate this prior to processing the order.




Do you ship livestock?


Unfortunately not. We are however more than happy to assist in the proper packaging requirements if you wish to send your own courier to collect.




Do you deliver to Namibia and neighbouring countries?


Although we do not offer delivery outside the borders of South Africa, customers from neighbouring countries are more than welcome to order from our online store and select the in-store collection option and arrange courier from their side. We are able to assist with the export invoice documentation. Please note this excludes livestock.




Can you deliver over weekends or after hours in the week?


Since we make use of a third party courier service, it is important to note that the courier company only operate during the week 9am - 5pm. No deliveries will be made over weekends or after hours.




When will my order ship?


Orders are packed once all items are in stock. Shipping days are Monday - Fridays from 9am-3pm. Unfortunately no order will be shipped out partially.





Payments

Do you offer a C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) payment option?


Unfortunately not.





Returns

I need to return a product to you?


Please visit our returns page and familiarize yourself with our return policy and procedures. Please contact us for further assistance.





Wholesale

I am starting a petshop, will you be able to supply me?


Jungle Aquatics do not offer wholesale prices/catalogs. We are strictly retailers.




I am a maintenance/contractor company and would like to buy wholesale from you?


Unfortunately we do not offer wholesale prices or accounts to the trade.




Will you please put me in contact with your suppliers?


Unfortunately not, we do not disclose suppliers info.
