How it works:

3. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with a unique voucher code to spend online.

T&C: Gift Voucher / Coupon purchases will not be eligible for a cash refund.

Note that the voucher will only be active once it has been authorized (paid for). You will receive a "Paid" email once we have successfully authorised your voucher - this will be followed by a "Processing" and "Delivery" email, which will be your cue to send the voucher to your recipient.

The voucher will be valid for one (1) year after it has been issued.
