SHOPPING ONLINE HAS NEVER BEEN THIS EASY!
When you place an order through our online store, our friendly team will confirm stock and availability through our retail outlet or the relevant stocking warehouse/supplier. Should there be any changes to your order, we will communicate this through to you and you will receive a proforma invoice to review your revised order along with your preferred shipping method. Should there be a price difference or a special arrangement to be made on additional shipping charges, this will also be communicated to you.
PLEASE NOTE: Price fluctuations do occur. Hence it may not be possible to maintain published prices at all time; your proforma invoice will reflect the latest prices.
We accept two forms of payment. We will either process your Credit Card securely after you reviewed the final proforma invoice, or you can transfer the money directly into our bank account via an EFT payment. Please note if the pricing is correct on your original order, you will not receive another email to confirm this prior to charging/invoicing.
Your order will be processed and dispatched (when all items are in stock) immediately after payment has been cleared in our account through either an EFT transfer or if you have paid via credit card online.
PLEASE ENSURE: When paying through our credit card payment gate, that you enter the card details correctly and make sure it is a valid CREDIT CARD (either MASTER or VISA). We DO NOT accept CHEQUE or SAVINGS DEBIT CARDS as a form of card payment online.
If the items are available from our retail store, your order can be picked up immediately (upon cleared payment) and only after we have emailed you that the order is ready for collection. If we need to draw the stock from warehousing there will be a slight delay. It is absolutely imperative to contact us before you come through to our premises, please only do so after you have received our Ready for Collection email. We are available for collection anytime during Jungle Aquatics retail hours. Please have your order number on hand and ask for the collection at the front desk.

Jungle Aquatics do not make use of the South African Postal Service. Please ensure you provide a physical delivery address at checkout.
SHIPPING VIA DOOR TO DOOR COURIER
Our Door to Door courier service is fast and reliable! We deliver to most destinations in South Africa. Please visit the Online Store to review the shipping charges. Delivery is normally within 1-5 working days. Most items ship free, where indicated, and orders over the qualifying amount ship free of charge unless otherwise stated.
GAUTENG Orders over R450 = FREE Shipping *
Orders up to R1499 = R150 Flat Rate Shipping Nationwide (Main City Centres) *
Orders over R1500 = FREE Shipping Nationwide (Main City Centres) *
Outlying Regional Areas (Regional Areas e.g. Kenton-on-Sea, Kathu, Christiana) = R200 + Surcharge
Outlying Remote Areas : Unfortunately we cannot offer door to door courier delivery to remote areas e.g. remote farms/mines or areas not central to the delivery network. Should you fall in a remote area, we will communicate this through to you to determine alternative routes and the PUDO Locker Pick-Up options in your area.
* T&C APPLY - Outlying and remote areas unfortunately will incur an additional delivery fee, calculated manually on a per case base. Orders of this nature is subject to final approval. Certain products do not fall under FREE Delivery and will be indicated where applicable.
